Aurora
Crane is CEO and Director of Creativity of Lil’ Arts, Inc.
A native Mid-westerner and Hoosier from Indiana, Aurora has been
a resident of San Diego since 1976. She holds a Bachelor’s
degree in History and Women’s Studies from Cal State San Marcos
and a Master’s degree in Education, with an emphasis in counseling,
from the University of San Diego.
Prior
to Lil’ Arts, she worked as a Senior Vocational Rehabilitation
Consultant for 8 years in San Diego. She has also counseled and
conducted workshops for college students at USIU and other community
colleges in San Diego.
She
has worked in the field of education on several levels. Her work
has been very rewarding working with children, from infancy to 18
years of age. She has worked with children with psychological issues
and as an ESL teacher, K-6, as a professional nanny, and has reared
four children on her own.
Ms.
Crane studied drama, dance, and art and will use her love of history
and culture to give Lil’Arts children a rich exposure and
insight into what other children’s artistic perspectives are
from around the globe.
Terrilynnette M. Minor is CFO and Artistic Director at Lil’
Arts, Inc. She is originally from Los Angeles but has lived
in San Diego for the past 17 years. She holds her Bachelor of Arts
in Psychology and minor in Contemporary Performing Arts from The
University of California, San Diego. She also holds her Masters
of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Multicultural Counseling
from San Diego State University.
She
has fifteen years of professional dance experience with the Westside
Jr. Ballet Company in Los Angeles, Dance Theater of Harlem and her
own dance company, TnT productions. She has taught children/teens
in the areas of ballet, Pointe, modern, jazz, tap, interpretive,
liturgical, hip-hop and African dance.
She has also worked in management and marketing and has counseled
adults for the past 12 years as a Senior Vocational Consultant in
the Worker’s Compensation Industry. She is married and has
two young children of her own and will now apply her expertise in
assisting children in their development of becoming confident, whole
individuals through the exposure of the arts.

for children ages children and teens through dance, musical theatre,
art and music. Our philosophy is to provide a safe and nurturing
environment that promotes children’s social, cognitive and
mental development and respect for others.
Lil’
Arts uniquely integrates diversity with the arts where children
become accomplished, independent and creative thinkers who develop
a life long love of the arts and other cultures.
Children at Lil’ Arts learn a variety of skills that are age
appropriate in a fun, non- competitive environment as they take
their individual journeys.
